“Banker and a Liar” is a single from Driftwood Soldier’s 2019 album Stay Ahead of the Wolf. The only cover on the album, it was originally written by Greg Cartwright of Reigning Sound and hits an important note railing against corporate greed and pitiful practice of selling your soul for a quick buck.

“Rosalee” is a single from Driftwood Soldier’s 2015 debut Scavenger’s Joy. It’s a reminder that feeling anything at all requires the risk of feeling worse than you did. This video was shot live at the Almost House is West Philly as an entry for the 2019 Tiny Desk Contest.

 “John Henry” is a revisionist rewriting the “Ballad of John Henry” to focus on the racist corporate greed at the heart of the story. This video was shot live at Bond Villain in Philly as an entry for the 2017 Tiny Desk Contest. Additional footage from the Coosa tunnel on the Columbus & Western Railroad in Alabama.

 “Found” is a single from Driftwood Soldier’s 2015 debut Scavenger’s Joy. It’s a story of addiction and memory. This is the music video for the studio recording, shot in the Almost House in West Philly.

“Sunny Side” is a dissolute story about seduction, and how we measure what we value. This video was shot at Fiume in West Philly as an entry for the 2018 Tiny Desk Contest.

“The Rapture Song” is a single from Driftwood Soldier’s 2017 split EP, Blessings & Blasphemy. It tells the story of a divine intervention that may or may not be a little more comfortable than the truth. This video was shot live at the YMCA in Worcester MA as part of a Sofar Sounds showcase.
